Leesburg (Mar. 19, 2007) – The Heritage High School boys lacrosse team improved to 2-1 on the season with a 14-7 win over Brentsville Monday night.
Dean Stambules had a big night with four goals and five assists. Russell East also had four goals and added two assists. Bryan McCarthy and Ryan Gallagher each had two goals and an assist for the Pride.
Also for Heritage: Chris Rossie had a goal and an assist and Peter Walsh scored once and Jonathan Limbeck added an assist.
Brentsville had hat tricks from Winston Place and Tommy Eales with Place also picking up an assist. Luke Hatcher scored for the Tigers. Brentsville goalie Daniel Eisenhard kept Heritage from scoring even more with 11 saves.
