Leesburg (Aug. 17, 2007) – The Loudoun County High School golf team posted the score of the season by an area team with a 303 Friday morning at Westpark in a AA dual meet win over Heritage.
Raider senior Derek Bulman shot 75 while teammates senior Arter Hughes, junior Michael Walker and sophomore Dan Jackson all shot 76. The 303 was 19 strokes better than LC’s best score to date and nine strokes clear of any other Loudoun team this year.
Heritage finished at 324 with senior Christian Darden (78) and junior Stefan Kronenberg (79) leading the way.
Both teams will play in Monday’s district mini-tournament at Algonkian.
