Leesburg (Aug. 20, 2007) – The Heritage High School football staff announced that the first annual “Iron Lion” award has been won by senior Bryan McCarthy.
The Heritage football staff wanted to establish a program that would honor the hard work that the football players put in during the off-season. The new program is called the ‘Iron Lion” and it is an annual award that will be presented in August each year.
