Leesburg (Oct. 23, 2oo7) – The Heritage High School volleyball
captured its fourth straight match with a AA Dulles District sweep over
Dominion Monday, 25-20, 25-22, 25-14.
Senior Gaby Galvan, playing
her final regular-season home game, had a big night with 13 kills, 14
service points and 15 digs. Junior Ashley Scott added 12 points, 11
digs and four kills and freshman Lian Bernett registered seven kills.
Heritage
(10-3, 15-4) finishes the regular season Thursday at undefeated Loudoun
County. Dominion (3-10, 5-10-1) has dropped five in a row and eight of
nine. The Titans host second-place Broad Run on Thursday.
