Heritage, Park View Win to Set Showdown Next Tues. in Sterling

Leesburg (Jan. 24, 2008) – First play in the AA Dulles District boys basketball race will be on the line next Tuesday when Heritage travels to Park View High School after both the Pride and Patriots had key wins Thursday night.

Heritage (6-2 in district, 8-7 overall) knocked off Potomac Falls (5-3, 9-6), 66-53. The Panthers had won six straight and hadn’t lost since Dec. 21 at Loudoun County. Park View (6-2, 10-4) out-scored Loudoun County (5-3, 12-4), 73-67.
